1. Who provides this service
The "Patch List" service available on this website is published and operated by Patch Generator ("we", "us"). By using the service you enter into an agreement with Patch Generator.
The service is an online tool for building, printing and exporting audio patch sheets (patch lists) for live sound at concerts and events.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing the service and continuing to use it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service. You confirm that you are of legal age or have the necessary permission, and that you have authority to bind the organisation you represent, where applicable.
3. Permitted use and misuse
You agree not to use the service:
- for unlawful purposes or in breach of applicable regulations;
- for fraud, spam or any deceptive practice;
- to infringe the intellectual property rights of others;
- to compromise the security of the service: distributing malicious code, probing or intrusion testing, circumventing technical limits, mass automated extraction (scraping);
- for resale, redistribution or reverse engineering of the service.
You are responsible for the content you enter (artist names, venues, notes) and must hold the necessary rights to that information.
4. Intellectual property
The service, its code, interface, documentation and branding remain the exclusive property of Patch Generator. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under these terms.
The patch lists you create and export belong to you. Your data is stored in your browser; we claim no rights over its content.
5. Service availability
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of your patch sheets (CSV export, printout).
6. Price
The generator is entirely free to use. No payment, subscription or contribution of any kind is requested or accepted, and no feature is behind a paywall.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you have paid us over the preceding twelve months. Indirect, special or consequential damages are excluded, including loss of business, data or goodwill. No limitation applies to fraud, death or personal injury where the law prohibits it.
You indemnify us against any third-party claim relating to your content, unlawful use of the service or breach of these terms.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service in the event of material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations. Since your data is kept in your browser, you may stop using the service and delete that data at any time.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. The courts having jurisdiction over Patch Generator's registered office have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
10. Miscellaneous
You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign ours in connection with a merger, sale or reorganisation. We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
