Privacy notice

Patch Generator, provider of the "Patch List" service, acts as data controller for the data described below.

The generator runs entirely in your browser. The information you enter — artist, venue, date, console, channels, mics, notes — is saved in your browser's local storage. It is not sent to our servers, cannot be read by us and is not shared with anyone. Clearing the site's data in your browser deletes it permanently.

• Technical connection data (IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed), processed by our hosting provider to deliver the site and keep it secure. Legal basis: legitimate interests (security, operation of the service).
• Support messages you send us, processed in order to reply. Legal basis: legitimate interests.

No user account is required; we collect neither credentials nor passwords.

We do not sell or rent your data.

Some providers may process data outside the European Union. Such transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or by an adequacy decision.

Technical logs are kept for a few months at most. Accounting data linked to orders is kept for the applicable statutory period (10 years in France). Support conversations are deleted once they are no longer needed. Beyond that, data is deleted or anonymised.

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw consent where processing relies on it. We reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (the CNIL in France).

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: encrypted connection (HTTPS), restricted access, and data minimisation — the service works without collecting your patch sheets.

The site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. Only strictly necessary items are used: your browser's local storage to keep your patch list and your language choice. You can erase this data at any time from your browser settings.
